RFB-0185 - HVAC Maintenance and HVAC/Plumbing Repairs

It is the intent of the City of Elmira to secure a full coverage HVAC maintenance contract, including a water treatment program for the equipment and facilities listed in Exhibit 1. The locations for the maintenance contract are: (1) Elmira City Hall, 317 E. Church St.; (2) Public Safety Training, 311 W. Center St.; (3) Elmira Fire Headquarters, 101 W. Second St.; (4) Elmira Fire Station # 3, W. Miller St.; (5) Elmira Fire Station #5, 338 Roe Ave.; (6) Elmira Police Facility, 312 Lake St.; and (7) Department of Public Works Building, 840 Linden Place; (8) Mark Twain Golf Course, Corning Road; (9) Animal Shelter, Linden Place (next to DPW Facility); (10) Dunn Field Administrative office & Home/Visitor Locker rooms; (11) Records Retention, 508 College Ave. The City reserves the right to remove one or more of the fore stated locations at any time and from time to time.
