RFP-2334 - Intelligent Transportation system (ITS) Architecture Update

The ITS update will include the following specific elements:
1.Analyze and evaluate previous ITS architecture
2.Facilitate, coordinate, and lead meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders
3.Develop options, cost estimates, and make recommendations for updating and improving existing
architecture plan and database. The analysis of each option shallinclude the feasibility of completion,safety, and cost to adapt\construct. For the recommended option, graphics, maps, and aerial images shall
be prepared to convey an initial project design.
4.Execute update to the new FHWA model
5.Prepare clear and concise final report and guide that describes the new architecture plan and database
and how to use it. Include flow-charts, diagrams, and charts to be visually accessible. Five printed (color)and bound hardcopies of the final report shall be provided to ECTC.
