The Contractor shall (a) furnish all the materials, appliances, tools and labor of every kind required, and construct and complete in the most substantial and skillful manner, the construction, improvement or reconstruction of the project on or before the completion date of the 30th day of October, 2020 as further described in Article 4, and as generally identified and shown on the contract plans entitled:
