Description

This specification describes the minimum material and quality requirements for galvanized steel panelized bridge components and appurtenances for use in the construction of highway improvements. Work includes fabrication and delivery of truss panels, floor beams, decking and appurtenances, all designed and manufactured for vehicular bridge applications to the dead load and live load criteria of these specifications. Components shall consist of Manufacturer’s standardized bridge elements designed for the purposes shown on the plans or specified by the OWNER.
