Description

The recycling system shall have the capability of incorporating additional aggregate (if
required), grind, profile, proportion, mix, place, and compact the recycled asphaltpavement
(RAP) in a single pass of the recyclingtrain.
The work shall include, but is not limited to, testing of existing bituminous pavements,
development of Pavement Mix Design, maintenance and protection of traffic, and quality
control over the in-place recycled asphalt pavement.
