RFP-0310 - Proposals to Print, Bind, and Index 2024 Elmira City Council Minutes

a.Pamphlet form: Two (2) copies of each regular Council Meeting to be delivered within two weeks following each Council Meeting to the City Clerk for proofing and corrections made by the City Clerk.
b. Leather bound books: In accordance with the sample open for inspection in the City Clerk's Office. It is requested that an amount be submitted to indicate the cost of two (2) copies of the Council Minutes to be bound in book-form with leather covers. The book is to be bound with original pages, as prepared bi-weekly without resetting the type, to provide a finished, consecutive book format. In other words, make no attempt to avoid blank pages or portions thereof. One (1) book is for the Law Department and one (1) for the City Clerk’s Office and each shall be stamped accordingly in gold lettering. The wording “City Council 2024” will be stamped in gold in three lines on the spine of the finished book. Placement of the above words is to match previously published Council books.
c. Searchable CD-Rom: CD-Rom should be a searchable document of the exact contents of the Leather bound book. Document must be proofread for accuracy. The CD must be labeled with the wording “2024 Elmira City Council Minutes” on the face of the CD.
