Summary of Specifications:
Chemung County is requesting bids for various clothing items, sneakers, pillows, sheets, and towels, for the Chemung County Jail. It is the County’s intent to award the bid(s) to the responsive bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid for each bid item by size grouping. In other words, each item will be considered a separable bid and the County will award to any vendor only those item(s) for which it submits the lowest responsible bid. Bidders may bid on any or all items.
