Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of Chemung County to purchase one (1) 2013 or newer reduced tail swing hydraulic excavator meeting the specifications set forth herein and to award the bid to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive total gross sum bid for the base unit plus any options the County elects to purchase. This equipment shall include all of the manufacturer’s standard options as well as any additional options to meet the intended use of the equipment and these specifications.
