It is the intent of the City of Elmira to purchase one (1) new and unused Rear Load, Dual Steering, 25 cubic yard refuse packer truck. The unit will have fold down, flip back seats, tilt steering wheel, and low entry cab in order that the operator can stand up while driving from either the left or right position.Proposed equipment shall be with a current production date.
