Description

Chemung County wishes to purchase natural gas necessary for the operation of its facilities located throughout Chemung County, New York State. It is intended that the contract for this project be for two (2) or three (3) years, depending on award, with a one year option to renew. The County is seeking uniformity and consistency of the service. The successful bidder will acquire, process, transport, and deliver the required amount of natural gas to each facility covered by this contract to the Local Distribution Company or LDC (NYSEG) City gate for transportation to each facility.
