RFB-0184 - Three (3) 2004 or Newer Refuse Trucks

It is the intent of City of Elmira to purchase Three (3) 2004 or Newer Refuse Trucks meeting the specifications set forth herein and to award the bid to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive total gross sum bid for all three units. This equipment shall include all of the manufacturer’s standard options as well as any additional options to meet the intended use of the equipment and these specifications. b. The technical specifications (1.02.B) are based upon a generic type and quality of Three (3) 2004 or Newer Refuse Trucks. The specifications are not intended to exclude any product, manufacturer, or vendor, but to describe the minimum quality and operational functions required. Equipment which meet or exceed the minimum specifications and provided equivalent functions will be considered. Bid Prices:  The Unit Bid Price shall be inclusive of the proposed equipment including any peripherals needed to function, delivery (F.O.B. Destination) and all keys.
