2024-38 - Auditing Services for Conducting Housing Audit - January 2019 to Present

The City of Albany Office of Audit and Control solicits this Request for Proposals with the goal of identifying and retaining a qualified proposer(s) to provide auditing services to conduct a housing audit examining how the City of Albany has responded to the needs of residents and its plan to address current opportunities and threats to housing development. The proposed budget for the endeavor is eighty thousand dollars ($80,000). MWBE-certified and SDVOB-certified businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
