The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to identify a consultant to collaborate with the City’s Office of Sustainability to define and create a new Climate Action Plan for the City of Albany. MWBE-Certified vendors are encourages to submit proposalsNYS DEC Funding Disclosure. This project has been funded in part by the Climate Smart Community Grant program, Title 15 of the Environmental Protection Fund through the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. Consultant shall at a minimum meet the requirements set forth with the following work plan and program requirements listed below and found at the end of this RFP:
