SECTION 1:  PURPOSE 

 

1.1 The AWD of Albany Department of Water & Water Supply (AWD), acting on behalf of the Albany 
Water Board (hereinafter referred to as the “AWD”) hereby requests Proposals from qualified firms 
or individuals to provide Inventory Management Software and support services. 

 

1.2 The ensuing contract for these services and provision of materials will commence on or about 
Effective Date, and will terminate on December 31, 2026, with two (2) one-year extension 
periods.
