This project is a Wick's Law project and contains bidding opportunities for General, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Contractors.
The General (G) Contract includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and
other means of construction for an approximately 3,600 square foot new pre-engineered metal
building (PEMB) including site work, foundations, and interior finishes. (PEMB scope is not in this
contract).
The Mechanical (H) Contract includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and
other means of construction for building heat and ventilation including unit heaters, fans, and louvers.
The Plumbing (P) Contract includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and
other means of construction for building domestic water and sanitary sewer.
The Electrical (E) Contract includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and
other means of construction for building power, lighting, and controls including a new 400 amp service
and generator.
