The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following:
Site Preparation and Demolition, Site Improvements including
Hardscape, Site Furnishings, Light Fixtures and Signage,
Planting, Civil and Electrical Utilities.
Bid Alternate No. 1 includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools,
equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to
completion of work as shown on the plans and described in the
specifications, including, but not necessarily limited to, the following:
