Bids to be considered must be received in a sealed envelope at the office of the Board of Contract & Supply, City Hall Room 202, Albany, New York 12207 by 12:00 p.m. on September 19, 2017. The bids will be publicly open and read at 1:30 p.m.. Bids received after the above noted time will not be accepted. All sealed envelopes should be clearly labeled "ELEMENT-SPECIFIC REPAIRS TO HENRY JOHNSON BOULEVARD BRIDGE OVER SHERMAN & ELK STREETS" The sealed bids shall include the completed Bid Form, Non-Collusive Bidding Certification (as required by chapter 956 of the Laws of New York State), and Bid Bond.
