1. The City of Albany (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) hereby requests Proposals from qualified entities to provide cost estimates for professional contracting and building renovation services to bring into compliance with the City’s Buildings Code four (4) vacant buildings within the City of Albany on an as-needed and non-exclusive basis.

1. The City shall respond to qualified contractors once quotes are received and, if multiple contractors are retained, establish a standard rate at which all retained contractors shall be compensated.
