For information contact: Raymond Tourt, Superintendent of Maintenance City of Batavia-D.P.W.-Bureau of Maintenance 147 Walnut Street Batavia, NY 14020 (585) 345-6400, Option 1 SCOPE OF WORK It is the intent of this bid to demolish a 90 ft wooden salt storage facility with a shallow retainer ring reinforced concrete foundation and to install in its place a 60 ft by 80 ft High Gambrel Arched Roof wooden salt storage facility as designed by AST of Amherst, NY. The project is being bid LUMP SUM for the demolition of the existing facility and construction of the new facility. There is an alternate to be bid for consideration of an inclusion of a lean-to storage area to be included with the new structure.
