Summary of Specifications:
Sealed Bids for the construction of the MUSIC HALL HVAC UPGRADE PROJECT will be received by the City of Cohoes, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 97 Mohawk Street, Cohoes, NY, 12047, until 10:00 AM, local time, on Thursday, April 14, 2005, and at that place Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:30 AM, local time on April 14, 2005. Any bid not received and time stamped before 10:00 AM, local time, on Thursday April 14, 2005 will not be accepted or read aloud. Bid specifications are available and shall be obtained at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 97 Mohawk St. Cohoes, NY 12047, by the prospective bidder or his/her designated representative. A refundable deposit of One Hundred dollars ($100) shall be paid for each set of Documents obtained. A non refundable deposit of Fifteen dollars ($15) will be made by separate check to cover the shipping and handling charges if Bid Documents are to be sent to the prospective bidder. The $100 Deposit will be returned to those bidders and non bidders who return the plans and specifications unmarked with the bid or within thirty days of their bid submission. Unmarked includes in good, reusable condition, with no marks from food, pencil, or highlighters of any sort. A prebid conference will be held at the office of the City of Cohoes Office of Public Works, City Hall, 97 Mohawk St. Cohoes, NY 12047, on April 7, 2005 at 11:00 AM local time.
