ITB-01-23-09 - Main Street Parking Lot Improvements and Storm Water

Summary of Specifications:
The work in this project includes but is not limited to the construction of two (2) new off-street parking lots on the corners of White And Main Street. Included with the parking lot work is the construction of a new storm line and other drainage improvements and White and Main Street. The new storm line will include new manholes, catch basins, precast concrete vaults and all required drainage piping as noted on the plan. The parking areas will also include tree planting, pavement installation, new and reset curbing, site restoration and reconstruction of a four (4) by six (6) basement opening at # 25 White Street.
