The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase and installation of a Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Electric System (the “System”) and supplementary solar powered battery storage (the “Storage”) at the Andy Murphy Midtown Neighborhood Center (the “AMNC”) located at 467 Broadway, Kingston, New York, 12401. The solar PV system and battery storage will be owned by the City of Kingston (the “City”) and is intended to supply power to the AMNC.
