Summary of Specifications:
The City of Kingston is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for the preparation of a Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code Update. The City currently has multiple components of a plan which have been updated and are available for inspection. The consultant will prepare a final Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code Update document with additional information about building design, materials and colors and streetscape appurtenances, among other items, suitable for adoption by City.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) is currently available, and the due date for submission of proposals is 11::00 AM, January 12, 2012, to the City Purchasing Agent The Plan is being funded by the City of Kingston, with possible additional grant funds from federal sources.
