Description

The City of Kingston Office of Community Development is seeking a qualified consultant to prepare the City’s required Five-Year Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Plan for 2024 – 2028; update the City’s Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choices (AI); and review and update the City’s internal CDBG Policies and Procedures Manual and associated sample forms. The Office of Community Development (OCD) is requesting proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals with proven experience developing Consolidated Plans and with all associated federal laws and regulatory requirements.
