RFPK23-06 - Design Services Central Fire Station and Related Fire Projects

The City of Kingston seeks to retain an architectural and/or engineering firm with extensive experience in the restoration of historic structures to utilize existing evaluations and provide survey, preliminary design, detailed design, construction administration and inspection and support services for:

Site 1 - Elevated concrete floor replacement and building system upgrades; and

Site 2 – Installation of accessory metal storage building and associated parking lot.

The proposal documents may be examined at the Office of the City Engineer, City Hall, 420 Broadway, Kingston, New York 12401.
