The City of New Rochelle (“City”) seeks to identify a qualified and permitted user (“Operator”) to occupy, activate, program, maintain, market and promote a new community performing arts venue located at 595 Main Street (“Cultural Space”).   The Operator will activate the Cultural Space for uses primarily related to the arts and culture, including but not limited to film, theater, sculpture, dance, music, painting, digital exhibition art, digital performance art, virtual reality- based art, poetry, art based vocational and educational programs, and/or other performance art. The Operator will be a self-sustaining entity or individual with five or more years’ experience owning and/or operating similar spaces and possess a desire for organizational growth
