Description

Contracted Vendor is required to perform the application of traffic lines / markings and installation of new thermoplastic and Epoxy reflectorized pavement stripes, words and symbols in accordance with the specifications and as directed by the Commissioner of Public works or his representative. Work areas to be marked with traffic cones until completely dry in accordance with New York State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications.

The City does not guarantee the actual amount of pavement markings that will be required. The City of New Rochelle shall not be held harmless by the successful bidder for any lost revenue, lost profit and overhead, or any other hardship due to amount of supplies required during the award period.
