Summary of Specifications:
The City of New Rochelle is requesting the services of a licensed and qualified contractor for the removal of 4 inactive and 2 active underground petroleum bulk storage tanks located at two (2) city owned facilities. Included in your price summary shall be costs for removal and disposal of product/sludge and removal and excavation and disposal of any contaminated soil. All work shall be performed in a first class manner, in strict accordance with the best-recognized and approved standards.

Bid responses shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid due date. The City shall award to one contractor for all awarded work.
