Description

The City of New Rochelle is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide
Residential Appraisals for the City of New Rochelle Assessment Office to be used primarily for
Residential Tax Appeals process. The agreement resulting from this Request for Proposal
(RFP) will be for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for 3 additional years upon
mutual consent. It is our intent to commence services in accordance with this RFP on or about
December 15, 2019.
