Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) and consultant selection process is being conducted to engage in the selection of a qualified NYS Licensed Surveyor to perform surveying and mapping of various intersections to use in the design of traffic improvements including accessible curb ramps. This RFP is for land surveying services on various intersections and adjacent areas throughout the City of Newburgh associated with the 2021 paving plan. Based upon the required criteria, an internal Evaluation Committee shall review and evaluate each Proposal and recommend award be made to a qualified consultant that submits a proposal that best meets the City’s needs.
