This Request for Proposal (RFP) and consultant selection process is being conducted to engage a NYS Licensed Professional Engineer or Engineering Firm to address data collection and analysis, evaluation of alternatives, pump station design, regulatory agency approvals, bid document preparation, and bidding assistance related to the future reconstruction of the Crescent Avenue pump station. Based upon the required criteria, an internal Evaluation Committee shall review and evaluate each Proposal and recommend award be made to a qualified consultant that submits a proposal that best meets the City’s needs.
