All bids are to be submitted sealed.
The City will accept all sealed bids that either are received by hand delivery or mail.
All received bids will be initialed, dated and time recorded by Purchasing/Comptroller. Date and time will be recorded from an office computer or mobile (cell) phone.
Deadline for submission: December 17, 2024 @ 11:00 a.m.
Responses that miss the deadline will not be considered.
All bids must be clearly marked as “Bid # 29.24 Invitation for Bids (IFB) For Poly Aluminum Chloride”.
The following are required when submitting a sealed bid:
• Completed Bid Form • Non-Collusion Bidding Affidavit • Manufacturer's chemical specifications include heavy metal concentrations. • W-9 • One original and one copy of submitted bid.
