The City of Oneonta is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. The City, using federal funding from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), is seeking professional services for developing design and bidding documents and to provide construction phase services for repairs and improvements to the City’s Lower Reservoir Dam, a dam which retains the impoundment which serves as the City of Oneonta’s primary raw water supply. The City also encourages Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE) and Section 3 eligible businesses to submit their Proposals for the project.
Interested Professional Engineering Consultants are requested to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) along with Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to the City of Oneonta in regard to preparing Construction Contract Documents including obtaining all necessary permits, detailed design drawings and Project Manual required for competitive bidding of a construction project for various repairs and improvements at the Lower Reservoir Dam, located off East Street in the Town of Oneonta. These services shall also include providing coordination with permitting agencies, an opinion of the probable cost for construction, coordination with the City on all bidding phase tasks and furnishing construction phase services (full time Construction Observation and Construction Administration) through project final completion and close-out.
