Summary of Specifications:
Reconstruction of the front porch and related work at the Glebe House. Removal of existing porch, retain the deck framing. Borate preservative treatment of existing framing and new wood at stairs and deck. Stabilization, repair existing frame supports. Reconstruct new porch including deck, deck trim, stairs, railing, columns, roof, wooden shingles, roof trim, plaster ceiling and flashing. Prep, priming and painting all new work. Repair existing stone and sidewalk paving adjacent to porch. The entire property is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
