PROJECT ESTIMATE: $2,549,140.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract

PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of work consists of Milling and removing the top 2 inches of the existing pavement, 2-inch pavement overlay, Sidewalk Ramp upgrades to meet requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), installing continuous bicycle lanes, catch basin upgrades and manhole repairs, Work Zone Traffic Control - Traffic will be maintained via staged construction, pavement striping and signage.

REQUIREMENTS: This is a Locally Administered Federal Aid Project and contains Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Utilization Goals.
This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents
