PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work consists of renovation of existing office space on the first floor of the South Avenue Garage building, including: interior partitions, doors and frames, millwork, exterior and interior storefront system replacement, floor finishes, suspended ceiling, painting, HVAC modifications and replacement, plumbing to corres[ond with new space layout, electrical, access control, security and communications systems modifications and renovations.
This project will proceed under (4) Lump Sum Contracts as follows:
General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Plumbing Construction, Electrical Construction.

PROJECT SUMMARY: This project consists of renovating the 42-50 South Avenue space beneath the South Avenue Garage including new interior and exterior storefront, (8) private offices, team room, classroom and meeting rooms, new bathrooms, lighting, HVAC, and interior finishes throughout the entire space to create new City office facility for use by DRYS.
