TOTAL PROJECT ESTIMATE: $4,325,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This project will proceed under 4 LUMP SUM contracts as follows:

Contract A - General Construction: $1,938,000.00
Contract B - Mechanical Construction: $442,000.00
Contract C - Plumbing: $402,000.00
Contract D - Electrical: $1,543,000.00

PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work consists of two parts, the value of each part will be combined for the base bid value.

Part 1 - Existing publice lavatory renovations, and audio/visual system infrastructure and equipment replacement and upgrades.
Part 2 - Renovation of existing office space into a team locker room suite, an dthe construction of a 2-story addition on Exchange Street to house offices on the 1st floor and expand concession space on the 2nd.

This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents
