1. SCOPE

The scope of this agreement is to establish a contract for the cleaning & disinfecting of various City facilities and vehicles of Bio-Hazardous material. Biohazardous material may include any biological or chemical substance that poses a threat to human, animals, or the environment, such as bacteria, fungi, human waste, or body fluids. Work shall be performed on an as needed basis and as authorized by the department head or designee.
