The City of Rochester is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consultants/firms who specialize in and have documented expertise in creating and conducting diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural competence strategic planning and training services for public safety agencies (preferably municipal fire departments).
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The City is seeking the services of a consultant/firm to perform the following services to implement the Project:
DEI Organizational Audit
Analyze Policies and Systems
Mission, Vision and Values
Training & Coaching
Developing a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategic Plan
Development of a Plan that can be used by RFD when engaging in community events
All communications by parties who have indicated an intent to submit or have submitted a proposalin response to this RFP, including any questions or requests for clarifications, submission of the proposal, requests for status updates about the proposal sleletion process and any other inquires whatsoever concerning this RFP shall be sent, in writing, to the following City staff person
