CONTRACT TYPE: This is a Unit Price contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY:This Project consists of the improvements to EXCHANGE STREET PARK IMPROVEMENTS, between
Exchange Street and South Plymouth Avenue.

The scope of the work consists of reconstruction / relocation of an asphalt paved trail through the
Exchange Street Park limits. The project includes clearing and grubbing existing scrub / shrub
vegetation along the west side of the park, selective tree removal and pruning, minor drainage
improvements, new site lighting, fencing, and landscape improvements.

REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Program and waiver requirements; MWBE goals and waiver requirements; and Workforce Goals Requirements.

This contract contains new requirements for NY State Wicks Law.
