PROJECT ESTIMATE:
This project will proceed under three (3) prime contracts as follows:
Contract A - General Construction - Estimate: $1,200,000.00
Contract B - Plumbing - Estimate: $60,000.00
Contract C - Electrical - Estimate: $30,000.00
PROJECT SUMMARY:
This Project consists of repairs and improvements to the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center Terrace between Main Street and the south end of the terrace adjacent to the RG&E facility. The work includes replacement of the terrace surface near Main Street, making the Terrace ADA compliant, and adding a granite clad planter. Structural repairs will be performed on the terrace deck including replacement of deteriorated precast plank, precast beams and other concrete and steel repairs. The work also includes replacing floor drains, piping and various lighting improvements. The scope of work is to provide all labor, materials, services, equipment, layout, shoring, rigging, fees, permits, inspections and coordination with other contractors necessary to furnish and install completed work as called for on the drawings, specified, or as may be reasonable implied as being incidental to this work.
