PROJECT ESTIMATE: $606,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE:  This is a LUMP SUM contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY:  This project has one prime lump-sum contract, base bid only, General Construction. GC scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Removing the existing floor and floor framing system, installing temporary support measures to the structure supported by interior columns, providing helical piles to re-establish foundation support for the interior column loads, replacing steel beams and wood framing and flooring system along with site improvements to address perimeter settlement. The work also includes re-insulating hot water piping as part of the heating system removed earlier by an asbestos abatement contractor.

REQUIREMENTS:  This Contract Contains and Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Training Requirements; and New MWBE and Workforce Goals Requirements
This Contract Contains New Requirements for NY State Wicks Law
