CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.
PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work consists of the following:
Reconstruction of Magee Avenue includes: Bos out and reconstruction of the roadway, installing new granite curbs and underdrain, catch basin replacements and adjustments; manhole frame and cover adjustmaents, Installatio nof concrete sidewalks. ADA compliant accessible curb ramps, new driveway aprons, new water mains, hydrants and replaceent of all lead ilined and galvanized water services, ,upgrades to the street lighting system and restoration of all disturbed areas.
Rehabilitation of Raines Park includes: Milling and resurfacing, installing new granite curbs, underdrain, catch basin replacements and adjustments; manhole frame and cover adjustments, spot concrete sidewalk replacement, ADA compliant accessible curb ramps, new driveway aprons, new water main (from Clay Avenue to Magee Avenue) replacement of all lead lined and galvanized water services, and restoration of all disturbed areas.
