PROJECT ESTIMATE: $5,250,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: This project consists of improvements to Mount Hope Avenue between Westfall Road and Rossiter Road. The scope of the work consists of the full depth reconstruction of Mount Hope Avenue from Westfall Road to Rossiter Road. This includes water main, storm serers, curb, pavement, sidewalk, signals, lighting, signing, marking, landscaping and other streetscape enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS: This is a Locally Administered Federal Aid Project and contains Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Utilization Goals.
This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents
