PROJECT ESTIMATE: $2,235,893.00

CONTRACT TYPE:  This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: This Project consists of improvements for the PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE NORTHWEST GROUP
12 Project, on Driving Park Avenue (Ramona St. to Dewey Ave.), Emerson Street (Mt. Read Blvd. to Sherman St.) and Jay Street (Mt. Read Blvd. to CSX RR). The scope of the work consists of the milling of the existing pavement and placement of a new pavement top course for the entire project corridor. The project also includes miscellaneous full depth pavement repairs, replacement of broken or missing curb, hazardous sidewalk section replacement, upgrading sidewalk curb ramps to ADA standards and placement of new pavement markings.

REQUIREMENTS: This is a Locally Administered Federal Aid Project and contains Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Utilization Goals.
