PROJECT ESTIMATE: $777,139.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This Project will proceed under one (1) LUMP SUM Contract as follows: Mechanical Construction.

PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work consists of the replacement of the Makeup Air Unit / DOAS Unit, associated condensing unit and steam coil, and replacement with DOAS unit with a heat pump style VRF coil utilizing clean heat. Associated electrical and general construction work to support the mechanical scope is also included.

REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Program and waiver requirements; MWBE goals and waiver requirements; and Workforce Goals Requirements.
This contract contains new requirements for NY State Wicks Law.
