PROJECT ESTIMATE: $463,200.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a LUMP SUM contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: This project consists of removal and replacement of the existing ballasted EPDM system and replacement with fully adhered, 20 and 30 year EPDM systems. The work also includes certification of the existing Lightning protection system.
