PROJECT ESTIMATE: $1,120,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY:  This project consists of improving existing sidewalk conditions by removing and replacing, or where possible, repairing sidewalk flags at various locations within a portion of the Northwest Quadrant of the City of Rochester, referred to as the Target Quadrant, and other areas ouside of the Target Areas as ordered by the Project Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:  This Contract Contains NEW Minority and Woman Business (M/WBE) Enterprise Requirements and Workforce Goals
This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents and Apprenticeship Training Requirements

Sealed Bids are to be addressed to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, Room 105-A, Rochester, NY 14614 prior to the closing date and time, after which all bids properly received will be opened, read and recorded.

Bids shall be submitted only on the complete Proposal on the form provided by the City. Bids must be submitted in hard copy on the Proposal. Electronic bid submittals through BidNet will not be accepted.
