PROJECT ESTIMATE: $987,258.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a LUMP SUM contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: Work items include, but are not limited to: skate park construction such as concrete skate plazas, railings, and skate features, as well as trail realignment, lighting, utilities, and plantings on NYS DOT owned land beneath the Frederick Douglass-Susan B. Anthony Memorial Bridge.

REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains NEW Minority and Woman Business (M/WBE) Enterprise Requirements and Workforce Goals
This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents
