Sealed Bids must be submitted in hard copy to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall Room 105A, Rochester, NY 14614, prior to the closing date and time. Electronic bids submitted through BidNet will not be accepted. Note: Due to the COVID-19 crisis, City Hall is closed to the public. Hard copy bids and bid security deposits must be dropped-off in a secured drop-box at City Hall’s Link Entrance located on Fitzhugh Street, Rochester, NY 14614. To ensure your hard copy bid is received and read, clearly write the name of your company as well as the Invitation to Bid number and title on the outside of the sealed envelope. Business checks and cash are not permitted.
